I'm so glad mom and dad are home!

We got home from Vegas and she was so happy to see us! The grandparents said she did great, and was as perfect as always! Its so nice to be home with her again. I can't believe she is 7 months old already. She is sitting perfectly, crawling perfectly (no more commando crawl) and talking up a storm. She now does stuff to see if you will copy her. She'll go, "eh"? and then expect you to go "eh"? back. Plus she will look at you and click her tongue and wait for you to do it back. She gets excited when you copy her. She will also clap when you clap and gets all excited for that too. She is pulling up on anything that will hold her, as well as a few things that won't. She has had more than one spill and a few good bumps on the head. But she gets right up, sees that mommy is laughing and laughs herself. She also loves to use us as a ladder or a step up to something else. I swear sometimes that is all I am here for. Ooh, look I can get up on mommy and get to the futon and Maverick better! She absolutely loves Maverick and is getting faster at chasing him around the house. She cracks up at him while he just sits there and looks at her. She will stand at the futon and bang her head on it and laugh at Maverick who is sitting against the back. He still ignores her, but sometimes he gets bold and sniffs at her or plays a little.

She is on to squash and likes it pretty well. We are starting carrots just as soon as I can find time to puree them. After that we will move on to the green veggies. She is doing great eating for us, so lets hope she keeps that up! Everything else is great and we are all healthy and happy! Hopefully I can get pics up soon on the website.
